  very disappointed with this panel shop. have taken my car twice to get repaired properly.
  
  its still not to satisfactory, i mentioned what needs to be fixed, they made many promises but didn't deliver.
  
  they made me drive the car in a dangerous state, with the possibility of the bonnet coming off and hitting the windscreen. from items going missing to panel gaps not lining up, replacing with damaged parts, parts not painted properly and overspray everywhere, dirtied my back seat with mud/dust when i had the car interior steamed cleaned recently.
  
  they have decent loan cars, that about all the positive i can say about this place.
  
  I can honestly say that anything to do with other people touching cars is an absolute nightmare.
  
  If you can fix it yourself, your better off getting cash settlement and doing the repairs yourself.
  
  i'm too lazy to take the car for the third time and will just leave it as it is, repairs have been done better than other places i have been too.
  
  At the end of the day if you want something done properly, do it yourself or make sure you take someone with you who knows about spray painting, although be prepared to leave the car for a long time as you will need to keep telling them what to fix.
