  Recently came across Bevilles when on the lookout for some Christmas gifts but unfortunately was not happy with my in-store experience. I would not recommend working in retail if you have poor customer service skills, lack of enthusiasm and somehow think it is OKAY to sigh, roll your eyes at returning customers as well as pick and choose which customers to serve, depending on race / appearances / age. In the span of about 3 days, I had purchased items every time I was there but unfortunately the service I received just got worse and worse. This is not our first time shopping at Bevilles Highpoint but I can tell you now that we are not likely to return unless staff are properly trained and your manager Claude is no longer working there.
  
  I would however come back just to speak to Jarrod who was extremely kind and patient with me. Thank you! (:

  Good customer service from one of the staff, unfortunately I bought a watch from there about 2 days ago and the links have all fallen out, I’m guessing it was the guy who put the links to fit my wrist didn’t put it all back together properly or what. Looking to get repaired.

  extremely poor customer service. the guy who served us did not even look up at us and tell us how he was going to fix our item he just disappeared into the backroom, or how long he would take. he also told us to wait when we approached him when all he was doing was placing a chain straight on the tray. you would expect better from someone who works in this store and wears a suit to work. unprofessional.

  Was served be Claude who sent off for rings to be resized in the incorrect size and when one came back (after we called to ask where they were), one of them was in the shelf ready for the next customer to buy (and I’d already paid). Don’t shop here, he didn’t care and has no service skills.
