- Pavao Tak Added April 16, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★I'm giving 5 stars because of the fantastic service that Patrick provided. I walked in with intent to purchase a new iPhone. After standing there for a while watching 3 pair of staff talking to each other and avoiding eye contact as they were obviously enjoying their conversations more than serving potential purchasing customers, Patrick had just finished serving a client and approached me immediately. He assisted me professionally to which lead to me purchasing a new iPhone. For this reason I give a 5 star rating and not a 0. Management needs to pull their finger out and realise that they are paid to manage their staff to work and not stand around talking when people are paying in most cases over $1000 on a purchase. After mentioning that the staff were the laziest I have seen, he even went to the length of saying that they were having meetings. This guy would be an asset to any Company
